Three-Dimensional Adaptive Digital Halftoning

Abstract: The automatic color equalization (ACE) algorithm, part of the Retinex-derived family of spatial color algorithms (SCAs), is an image enhancement algorithm that mimics the adjustment behavior of the human visual system (HVS).
