Bu çalışmada, Tamdere, Eğribel, Bektaş ve Kulakkaya yaylaları ve çevresinin (Dereli ilçesi, Giresun) briyofit florası araştırılmıştır. Yapılan teşhisler sonucunda 19 farklı lokaliteden 110 cinse (24 ciğerotu ve 86 yapraklı karayosunu) ait toplam 208 briyofit taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 33 takson ciğerotlarına, 175 takson ise yapraklı karayosununa aittir. Bunlar arasından Jungermannia eucordifolia Schljakov Türkiye için ikinci kez kaydı verilmiştir. Ek olarak, Buxbaumia viridis Moug. ex Lam. & DC.) Brid. ex Moug.& Nestl. ve Ceratodon conicus (Hampe) Lindb. A4 karesi için yenidir. Ayrıca, 10 takson Giresun ili için ve 20 takson Dereli ilçesi için yenidir. Her bir takson için habitat ve dağılım bilgileri verilmiştir.

Bu çalışmada Antalya, Karaman, Konya ve Mersin illerinin farklı lokalite ve habitatlarından toplanan briyofit örneklerinin teşhis çalışmaları sonucunda, 24 familya ve 53 cinse ait 118 takson (6 ciğerotu, 112 karayosunu) tespit edilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan 5’i C12 karesi için yeni kayıtır. Ayrıca teşhis edilen taksonlardan 6’sı Antalya ili, 19’u Konya ili ve 8’i Mersin ili için yenidir. Takson sayısı bakımından en kalabalık familyalar; Pottiaceae (33 takson), Brachytheciaceae (17 takson), Bryaceae (11 taxa) ve Grimmiaceae (11 takson) olurken, en zengin cinsler Syntrichia (10 takson), Ptychostomum (8 takson), Fissidens (7 takson) ve Didymodon (7 takson)’dur.
