THUR 004 Foramen magnum decompression for tonsillar herniation secondary to meningoencephalitis

Abstract: Tonsillar herniation and coning is a rare complication of meningoencephalitis and is associated with poor neurological outcome. Our patient presented unresponsive with radiological evidence of tonsillar herniation secondary to meningoencephalitis.
