Thymic squamous cell carcinoma; a case report.

Abstract: A 60-year-old female had thymic squamous cell carcinoma with invasion of the pericardium, parietal pleura, left brachiocephalic vein and aortic arch. The tumor and the first three above structures were resected, the aortic arch was marked for radiation, and the left brachiocephalic vein was reconstructed with an artificial graft.
