Abstract: Lipomas are among the most common mesenchymal neoplasms in humans, which occur more frequently in mature adults aged between 40-60 years old. Lipomas can arise from any part of the body where normal fat is present. The neck lipomas are rare tumors. Most lipomas are small, weighing only a few grams and measuring less than 2 × 2 cm.
