Abstract:Retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a rare fibroinflammatory tumor of the retroperitoneum thought to be due to either idiopathic disease or related to underlying malignancy. Recently idiopathic RPF has been reclassified as an immune mediated IgG-4 related disease.
