Abstract:In this paper, we consider the Tikhonov-type regularization for solving nonlinear inverse problems under the statistical framework that multiple unbiased independent identically distributed measurement data are available. We use the average of these data in the method to reconstruct a solution whose feature is captured by a convex penalty term. Assuming certain conditions concerning the nonlinear operator, we derive the convergence rates where the regularization parameter can be chosen either a priori or a pos… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
