Tissue-engineered vocal fold replacement in swine: Methods for functional and structural analysis

Abstract: We have developed a cell-based outer vocal fold replacement (COVR) as a potential therapy to improve voice quality after vocal fold (VF) injury, radiation, or tumor resection.
