Tissue Expanders in Post-Burn Alopecia: With or Without Galeotomies

Abstract: The tissue expansion technique is part of the reconstructive surgeon's armamentarium. It provides donor skin that is an optimal match in terms of skin colour, texture, sensation and hair-bearing characteristics.
