To Settle or to Fight to the End? Case-level Determinants of Early Settlement of Investor-State Disputes

Abstract: International investment arbitration is a third-party dispute resolution mechanism aimed mainly at depoliticizing investment disputes and maintaining efficient investment flows among countries.
