Total Steroid Intake is Associated With Hospital Mortality in Patients With Pan-Peritonitis due to Colorectal Perforation

Abstract: Background Patients with pan-peritonitis (PP) due to colorectal perforation have high mortality rate because colorectal perforation causes septic shock. The association between total steroid intake (TSI) and hospital mortality of such patients is not clear.
