Touchless Mechanism to Detect Rhodamine B Concentration in Distilled Water Using Fiber Bundle

Abstract: Detection of rhodamine B concentration in distilled water can be conducted without direct contact between the sensor probe and the sample using fiber bundle as a sensor probe and concave mirror as a sample container. e fiber bundle used is a concentric and a pair bundle probe. e working mechanism of the sensor is based on the displacement sensor and absorption of rhodamine B on laser light at a wavelength of 543 nm. e concentration of rhodamine B was detected through the valley and the peak voltage resulting f… Show more

“…Their technique provides an effective solution with a detection range spanning 0-20 ppm and resolution of 0.6 ppm. [20] In another study, a simple voltammetric sensor based on MnO 2 nanorods/electro-reduced graphene oxide composite modified glassy carbon electrode (MnO2NRs-ERGO/GCE) was proposed for the detection of RhÀ B. The limit of detection was obtained 6.0 nM.…”

“…This approach utilized a concentric bundle sensor probe and a concave mirror sample container, relying on the principles of displacement and the absorption of laser light. Their technique provides an effective solution with a detection range spanning 0–20 ppm and resolution of 0.6 ppm [20] . In another study, a simple voltammetric sensor based on MnO 2 nanorods/electro‐reduced graphene oxide composite modified glassy carbon electrode (MnO2NRs‐ERGO/GCE) was proposed for the detection of Rh−B.…”
