Abstract:Reactive blending has proven to be a versatile and efficient method for enhancing the impact toughness of polylactide (PLA). PLA/cross‐linked polycaprolactone‐based polyurethane (c‐PCLU) blends are prepared by reactive blending of PLA with PCL triol and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).
