Towards a deep characterization of a 64-fold-pixelated position sensitive detector for a new γ-scanning system of HPGe segmented detectors

Abstract: Characterization of the electrical response of the HPGe segmented detectors is one of the current goals for the Nuclear Physics community in order to perform γ-ray tracking or even imaging with these detectors. For this purpose, scanning devices have to be developed to achieve the signal-position association with the highest precision.
