Towards Agile Operation for Small Teams in Knowledge Intensive Organizations: A Collaboration Framework

Abstract: Knowledge Intensive Organizations (KIOs) are of growing importance worldwide. But comparing to other kinds of enterprises, they are challenged by more uncertainty and complex situations.
