Towards From Manual to Automatic Semantic Annotation: Based on Ontology Elements and Relationships

Abstract

Automatic annotation is offering a standards base for retrieving information from web services. It has been observed that many existing protocol e.g. Annotea did not support the fully automatic annotation directly or the process to be carried out needs professional developers (i.e. non-trivial protocol) such as KIM.In this paper a description of the architecture of the proposed system is given and a figurative structure is supplied. The diagrams that represent the structure will be described along with the main resources usage.
