Traditional ecological knowledge on the slope of Mount Lawu, Indonesia: all about non-rice food security

Abstract: As a country with rice as the staple food, the dominant traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) on food in Indonesia is rice. However, in Tawangmangu District, Central Java Province, the TEK inherited from their ancestors is about non-rice food security.
