Traffic-Aware Inter-Domain Routing for Improved Internet Routing Stability

Abstract: Abstract-This paper develops and studies a traffic-aware inter-domain routing (TIDR) protocol, which drastically improves the stability of the BGP-based inter-domain routing system.
