Traitement chirurgical du méga-uretère

Abstract: Between 1960 and 1970, 61 megaureters, in 34 patients, were operated. The condition is extremely serious, and its etiology is to be established before proceeding to reconstructive surgery. Best results are found in primary megaureter unaccompanied by reflux operated by the extravesical method of Gregoir.
