Abstract:A study to compare the outcomes of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal patch plasty (TAPP) and open Lichtenstein repair in the management of inguinal hernia was carried out at the Department of Surgery, SKIMS Medical College, Bemina, Srinagar, Kashmir, India, from June 2017 to December 2018.
