Abstract: Introduction: Transcription factor EB (TFEB), a key regulator of autophagy and lysosomal biogenesis, has diverse roles in various physiological processes. Enhancing lysosomal function by TFEB activation has recently been implicated in restoring neural stem cells (NSCs) function.
