Transcriptome analysis of activated charcoal-induced growth promotion of wheat seedlings in tissue culture

Abstract: Background: Activated charcoal (AC) is highly adsorbent and is often used to promote seedling growth in plant tissue culture; however, the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear.
