Transcriptome Analysis of Genes Associated with Autolysis of Coprinus Comatus

Abstract: Coprinus comatus, widely known as “Jituigu”, is an important commodity and food in China. The yield of C. comatus, however, is substantially reduced by the autolysis of the fruiting bodies after harvest.
