Transfacial Two-pin External Mandibular Distraction Osteogenesis: A Technique for Neonatal Airway Obstruction from Robin Sequence

Abstract: Background: Surgical management in those with moderate-to-severe airway obstruction includes tongue-lip adhesion, tracheostomy, and/or mandibular distraction osteogenesis.
