Transformasi Genetik pada Kalus Embriogenik Tanaman Suku Rubiaceae

Abstract: Tanaman dari suku Rubiaceae memiliki peran yang penting dalam masyarakat, terutama di bidang kesehatan. Propagasi konvensional dapat menghasilkan tanaman baru namun membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sehingga diperlukan metode perbanyakan yang efisien agar tidak terjadi overeksploitasi di alam.
