Transient Haemophilus Influenzae Type b Bacteremia in a Healthy Child

Abstract: Occult bacteremia with Streptococcus pneumoniae (S. pneumoniae) is sometimes experienced in general clinics, while that with Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) is less common and mostly develops to serious central nervous infection.
