Transient severe distributive shock due to early dumping syndrome: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundEarly dumping syndrome characterized by palpitation, dizziness, cold sweat, feebleness, and abdominal symptoms, occurs within 30 minutes after meals in patients who have undergone gastrectomy.
