Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a metabolic disease that affects the reproductive system, and its pathogenesis remains unresolved. Through the application of bioinformatics and molecular biology techniques, this study has identified a significant association between translocase of outer mitochondrial membrane 40 (TOMM40) and both PCOS and pan-cancers.
