TRANSTORNOS MENTAIS COMUNS E QUALIDADE DE VIDA: Uma revisão sistemática em periódicos brasileiros

Abstract

The objective of this article was to analyze studies whose themes were the association Common Mental Disorders and Quality of Life published in Brazilian journals. For this purpose, a systematic literature review was carried out, based on the survey of national empirical productions, available in the digital collection of the SciELO, Lilacs, Medline and Google Scholar indexes, and identified from the descriptors "Quality of Life" and "Common Mental Disorders". Articles written in Portuguese and carried out by Brazilian researchers, in the Brazilian context, published in Brazilian journals between the years 2006 and 2024 were included in this work. Consequently, articles published in another language, works in Portuguese published in international studies, and before 2006 and after 2024. After applying the criteria for selecting the articles, a total of 18 articles were obtained, which were read and evaluated. The findings showed a high prevalence of CMD, as well as different perceptions regarding QOL in the groups that participated in the studies and that were considered in this review. The results also pointed to a relationship between CMD and QOL assessment.
