Abstract:In this study, we conducted a cage‐culture trial to evaluate the gonadal development and nutritional quality of adult female Chinese mitten crabs (Eriocheir sinensis) fed a formulated diet (FD), traditional diet (TD) or trash fish (TF) during wintering.
