Traumatic Pneumoperitoneum After Vaginal Intercourse

Abstract: Objectives Pneumoperitoneum with peritonitis, although uncommon, is a serious injury encountered in the pediatric emergency department. Although the patients may often appear ill or toxic, they can have normal vital signs at initial presentation.
