Trb3 Regulates LR Axis Formation in Zebrafish Embryos

Abstract: Tribless family proteins are pseudokinases that lack DFG (Asp-Phe-Gly) motif in the functional kinase domain, regulating Akt and BMP pathways, insulin metabolism, hypoxia, and ubiquitination.
