Triangulação de Informações: Bender, Anamnese e CBCL nas Dificuldades de Aprendizagem

Abstract

RESUMOEste artigo objetiva verificar a associação entre dificuldades escolares, obtidas por meio de entrevistas de anamnese, o item competência escolar do CBCL e os resultados do teste Bender. A amostra constitui-se de 1200 crianças, meninos e meninas, com idades entre cinco e 12 anos. Nas entrevistas de anamnese, o item mais freqüente foi a dificuldade de aprendizagem (16,6%). No CBCL, considerando a competência escolar, 13% das crianças demonstram dificuldades na área. Em se tratando do Teste Bender, o maior percentual encontrado foi de crianças com resultados abaixo da média para a idade (73%). Na associação entre dificuldades de aprendizagem e os resultados do Bender, a associação foi estatisticamente significativa (χ²=54,286; p=0,000), assim como a entre o item competência escolar do CBCL e Bender (χ²=33,948; p=0,000). A associação entre os dados de anamnese e os resultados dos testes mostra a importância da coleta dos dados de diferentes fontes e com diferentes instrumentos e demonstram que o Bender é útil para a avaliação de crianças com dificuldades de aprendizagem. TRIANGULATION, ANAMNESE AND CBCL REGARDING LEARNING DIFFICULTIES ABSTRACTThis article aims at verifying the association between school difficulties, information obtained in anamnese interviews, and the item school competence in the CBCL and results of Bender Test. The sample was constituted by 1200 children, boys and girls, with ages from 5 to 12 years. In the anamnese interviews the most frequent item was learning difficulties (16,6%). In the CBCL, regarding the item school competence, 13% of the child presented difficulties in this area. Regarding the Bender test, more frequent were children with results below average, for their age (73%). The association between learning difficulties and Bender results were statistically significant (χ²=54,286; p=0,000), as well regarding the item school competence in the CBCL and Bender test results (χ²=33,948; p=0,000). The association of anamnese data and tests results show the importance of collecting data from different sources with different instruments and demonstrate that the Bender test in useful for the evaluation of children with learning difficulties.
