Triboelectric Nanogenerator Based Self-Powered Tilt Sensor

Abstract: This work focuses on the fabrication and evaluation of triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) based self-powered tilt sensor. The proposed fabricated structure is composed of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), steel ball, gold (Au) as electrode and circular ring housing.
