Abstract: Background Triptolide is a natural compound with immunosuppressive properties. Triptolide has used as a traditional Chinese medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA). We explore the effects of triptolide on intestinal bacteria and its potential role in alleviating RA progression in mice.
