Abstract:The effect of a newly synthesized TRIS-based Schiff base (XC) on the oxidative dissolution of FeS in air-equilibrated solutions with pH 2.26 and temperature of 27�C was investigated by Potentiodynamic polarization, Cyclic Voltammetry, Optical Microscopy and quantum chemical calculations.
