Abstract: Plasma nucleosides-pseudouridine (PU) and N2N2-dimethyl guanosine (DMG) predict the progression of type 2 diabetic kidney disease (DKD) to end-stage renal disease, but the mechanisms underlying this relationship are not well-understood.
