Tumescent liposuction: A review

Abstract: Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure to remove fat. Liposuction may be performed either under general anaesthesia or under local anaesthesia. The procedure has been reported to be associated with significant morbidity and risk of mortality under general anaesthesia.
