Abstract:BackgroundThe current study aims to explore the relationship between tumor necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α) polymorphism and the risk of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS).MethodsA total of 250 PNS patients were selected for this study, as well as 300 volunteers serving as the control group.
