Tumor Progression to Malignancy: A Discussion of the Unifying Role of the Cytoskeleton

Abstract: Cancers may increase not only quantitatively in size and spread but also qualitatively in grade of malignancy, degree of differentiation, metastatic potential, and genetic variability.
