Turnover intention predictors among social workers in China

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine factors that best predict turnover among social workers in nonprofit organizations in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province of China. A sample of 312 social workers was selected to complete a self‐administered anonymous survey in 2014.
