Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the role and mechanism of tumor necrosis factor‐like weak inducer of apoptosis (TWEAK) in liver fibrosis. The liver Kupffer cells (KCs) and mononuclear macrophages (J774A.1) were used as the objects of study to induce M1 polarization with LPS/IFN‐γ. After TWEAK intervention, the M1 cell proportion and marker cytokine levels were detected. Thereafter, CD266 expression was silenced, and NLRP3 expression was inhibited by the NLRP3 inhibitor, so as to investigate the impact of TWEAK… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
