Abstract: Dermoid cyst of the oral floor is rare benign tumour, who having three histological aspects: dermoid, teratoid and epidermoid. This one is characterized by the presence of a squamous stratified epithelium with cutaneous remnants. It may occur in any part of the body, however their frequency in the ENT sphere is relatively scarce.
