Abstract: Purpose To report the limited usefulness of polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based immunoglobulin (Ig) and T-cell receptor (TCR) gene rearrangement analysis in diagnosing primary ocular adnexal lymphomas (OAL) treated with corticosteroids before biopsy.
