Two-Photon Absorption in Nanoheterostructures with D (−)-Centers

Abstract: A two-photon impurity absorption coefficient of the "quantum dot -D (-) -center" complexes synthesized in a transparent dielectric matrix is calculated within the model of zero-radius potential. The evolution of spectral dependence of the absorption coefficient of the nanoheterostructure based on semiconductor CdS x Se 1-x glasses is studied versus the average quantum-dot radius.
