Abstract:As the occurrences of cancer rise and the requirement for biotherapeutics increases, there is a growing demand for cost‐efficient methods to manufacture mammalian cell‐based biopharmaceuticals. Currently, the most cost‐efficient manufacturing solution is the cultivation of cells in perfusion mode.
