Two-time Green’s functions in superconductivity theory

Abstract: Based on the method of the equations of motion for two-time Green's functions, we derive superconductivity equations for different types of interactions related to the scattering of electrons on phonons and spin fluctuations or caused by strong Coulomb correlations in the Hubbard model. We derive an exact Dyson equation for the matrix Green's function with the self-energy operator in the form of the multiparticle Green's function. Calculating the self-energy operator in the approximation of noncrossing diagram… Show more

“…This value is found from the condition of minimum free energy of the system [140]-it is uniquely related to the parameters of potentials of interparticle interactions without introducing additional parameters. (In a number of situations, one can use the virial theorem to find λ [141,142].) For a gas, this λ quantity is related to the properties of a dimer, while, in a solid, all neighbors are taken into account.…”

“…To study the coexistence phase of antiferromag netism and superconductivity in the heavy fermion systems, we use the equations of motion with the pro jection technique, which is often applied in the theory of superconductivity of strongly correlated systems Ᏼ eff Ᏼ c0 Ᏼ f 0 Ᏼ mix Ᏼ exch , [13,14]. The exact equations of motion for the opera tors are represented in the form In these equations, the division into two antiferromag netic sublattices was performed.…”
