Abstract:We describe a case of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) positive, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in a 2-year-old female who went on to develop relapsed/refractory central nervous system (CNS) disease, manifesting as cranial nerve neurolymphomatosis.
