Types of bioinformatic programs in the continuum of regulatory peptides and non-peptide mediators. Traits of interaction of dopamine and serotonin systems

Abstract

We analyzed a complex multilevel network of the induction links of regulatory peptides and non peptide mediators on the basis of a database that was created using data obtained in 1970-2010 on the phys iological and induction effects of these regulators. We determined models of bioinformatic programs that exist inside a continuum of regulatory peptides and mediators. They helped us to understand the main principles of the functioning of various endogenous compounds and to visualize the channels of directed therapeutic control of biological processes. We found the traits of the system of coupled functioning of serotonin and dopamine at several different physiological levels, which designated the nature of the resulting vectors of the two mediators.
