Abstract

eine klare, gesehmolzene Masse , die zur vollstandigen Entfernung der Chlorsulfonsaure so lange erhitzt werden muss, bis Schwefelsaureanhydrid zu entweichen beginnt. Das zurtickbleibende Ammoniumpyrosulfat erstarrt beim Abkiihlen zu einer strahlig krystallinischen Masse, die indess nie ganz chlorfrei erhalten werden konnte. Einige Schwefelsaurebestimmungen ergaben 74.93 bis 75.91 pCt. S 0 3 (statt 75.47 pCt.). Dass das mittelst Chlorsulfonsaure erhaltene Natriumund Barytsalz wirklich Pyrosulfat ist , wurde durch Ermittelung der Gewichtszunahme gewogener Mengen der trockenen Sulfate festgestellt.
